CEO & President
Terry Stubbs, MA, CCRC
Founder, president and CEO Terry Stubbs has managed over 500 clinical trials and has over 22 years of healthcare management experience. She is author of the "Quick Pace Recruitment Program" and "12 Keys to Successful Weight Maintenance." She is also an active member of DIA and ACRP.

Ms. Stubbs, shown in the photo to the right, has been a featured speaker on clinical trial recruitment and marketing at conferences across the USA.

Internal Medicine Medical Advisor
Michael McCartney, MD
Michael McCartney, MD completed his training and residency at Brown University. He is Board Certified in Internal Medicine and has 20 years of clinical research experience.

Psychiatric Medical Director
Marc Shay, MD
Marc Shay, MD completed his training and residency at Northwestern University. He has been working in the field of psychiatry for 15 years and has10 years of clinical research experience. He serves as a primary investigator and protocol reviewer for all psychiatric clinical trials at our office.

The ActivMed Practices & Research staff includes certified research coordinators, RNs, LPNs, CMAs, nutritionists and administrative staff. All clinical staff members attend IATA, CPR, GCP training and participate in annual clinical proficiency training. The entire staff participates in bi-monthly office meetings that review good clinical practice, ethical conduct, and recruitment.
